The text was not re-set, but the book version is bound in blue paper covers with the title printed sans serif in red. Printed by Harry Gantt. 8.5 x 10.5 inches. [criminally out of print]

to return to now writing today on reception of IN WHICH (published by Cairn Editions, 1984, New York: a 116-page poem, divided into 24 chapters, composed entirely of sentences beginning "In which.. .") -- mine is the luscious 94 reprint (wch also seems to be generally out of print / difficult to acquire, apologies) -- the work however an remarkable prescient wonder of writing -- do believe yr pal kareem estefan (to whom this whole most may well be considered an offering) might call it post-conceptual -- wch would make sense as writing 64-84, thru & after (around) the minimal / conceptual movement in new york. charles bernstein locates kunestler (at least a frank of LENS) among zaum visionaries Gillespie, Melnick, & Inman, but then in many ways In Which is located elsewhere: fabulous echoes of contemporary forms sported by writers like Wershler-Henry, Shirinyan & Farrell all in veins of our repetitious goddess Stein.
